复合绝缘子伞裙表面腐蚀特性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 复合绝缘子在挂网运行中,其伞裙材料除了会受到自然条件的影响,也会受到运行环境的影响,如化学酸、碱、盐等工业污染,这些将会导致复合绝缘子伞裙材料表面的腐蚀,降低了系统运行的可靠性.本文主要针对复合绝缘子伞裙表面的腐蚀特性进行研究.研究结果表明:在腐蚀介质浸泡下,复合绝缘子接触角和吸收峰面积随腐蚀时间和酸、碱性的增加而减小,泄漏电流随腐蚀时间和酸、碱性的增加而增大;酸碱性较盐溶液对复合绝缘子憎水性影响较大,且碱性溶液腐蚀性更强,憎水性丧失更为严重。 It is their excellent hydrophobic properties that enable composite insulators to be widely applied in transmission lines.With serving time of the insulator increasing,the surface of the insulator shed withstands harsh weather conditions,and industrial pollution including chemical acids,alkali and salts which can lead to the insulator surface corrosion damage,reducing the reliability of power system operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study corrosion damage characteristics of composite insulators sheds surface.The results show that:in the effect of corrosive medium,the contact angle and infrared absorption peak area decrease with the corrosion time and acid or alkali increasing,while the leakage current increases with the corrosion time and acid or alkali increasing.Compared with salt solution,acid and alkaline solution has greater influence on the hydrophobicity of composite insulators,and alkaline solution is more corrosive and the loss of hydrophobicity is more serious.
