肺癌化疗病人感知控制与心理适应的相关研究

Correlation between sensory control and psychological adaptation in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy

[目的]了解肺癌化疗病人感知控制水平,为促进其心理适应提供依据。[方法]采用癌症体验与效能量表(CEES)、简明癌症病人心理适应问卷(Mini?MAC?19)对181例肺癌化疗病人进行问卷调查。[结果]肺癌化疗病人癌症体验总分为(65.17±7.21)分,控制效能总分为(42.14±6.38)分,心理适应的无助/无望因子得分为(9.48±3.43)分,焦虑因子得分为(8.64±3.01)分,积极态度因子得分为(11.62±3.62)分;肺癌化疗病人的癌症体验部分与无助/无望、焦虑因子呈正相关,与积极态度因子呈负相关,控制效能部分与无助/无望、焦虑因子呈负相关,与积极态度因子呈正相关;回归分析结果显示年龄、文化程度、月收入、治疗方式、化疗次数、癌症体验和控制效能得分是肺癌化疗病人心理适应的影响因素。[结论]肺癌化疗病人感知控制处于中等水平,可通过提高病人的感知控制水平促进其心理适应。

Objective:To understand the level of perception control in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,and to provide the evidence for their psychological adaptation.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 181 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy by using the Cancer Experience and Effectiveness Scale(CEES)and the Mini-Mental Adjustment to Cancer Scale(Mini-MAC).Results:The experience total score of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy was(65.17±7.21)points,the total score of control efficiency was(42.14±6.38)points,the score of Helpless-Hopeless(HH)factor of psychological adaptation was(9.48±3.43)points,the score of anxiety factor was(8.64±3.01)points,and the score of positive attitude factor was(11.62±3.62)points.The cancer experience of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy was positively correlated with HH factor and anxiety factor,and negatively correlated with positive attitude factor.The perception control effectiveness was negatively correlated with HH factor,and positively correlated with anxiety factors.Regression analysis showed that age,education level,monthly income,treatment mode,number of chemotherapy,cancer experience,and control efficacy score were the influeing factors of psychological adaptation in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Conclusions:The perception control of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy was at a medium level.Patients'psychological adaptation could be improved by improving the patient's perception control level.
