本科护生同理心和人际沟通对人文关怀能力影响的路径分析 被引量:45

摘要 [目的]探讨本科护生同理心、人际沟通能力、人文关怀能力的路径关系,为提高本科护生人文关怀能力提供参考。[方法]采用人际反应指针问卷、支持性沟通能力量表、关怀能力量表对本校1 157名本科护生进行调查。[结果]本科护生的同理心与人际沟通能力、人文关怀能力呈正相关(P<0.01),人际沟通与人文关怀能力呈正相关(P<0.01)。人际沟通对人文关怀有正向预测作用,路径系数为0.50,同理心可以人际沟通为中介,对人文关怀能力产生间接影响,路径系数为0.13。[结论]护理教育者可以通过同理心训练,提升本科护生的支持性沟通能力,从而促进人文关怀能力的提高。 Objective:To explore the path relationship between empathy,interpersonal communication ability and humanistic care ability in undergraduate nursing students,and to provide the reference for improving the humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:A total of 1 157 undergraduate nursing students were conducted a survey by using the Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C(IRI-C),Supportive Communication Ability Scale,and Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).Results:The empathy of undergraduate nursing students was positively correlated with interpersonal communication ability and humanistic care ability(P<0.01).The interpersonal communication was positively correlated with humanistic care ability(P<0.01).Interpersonal communication had a positive predictive effect on humanistic care,with the path coefficient of 0.50.The empathy had an indirect impact on humanistic care ability by the mediating interpersonal communication,with the path coefficient of 0.13.Conclusions:Nursing educators could improve the supportive communication ability of undergraduate nursing students through empathy training,so as to promote the improvement of humanistic care ability.
