近5年护理学研究主题演化分析

Evolution analysis of the theme of nursing research in the past five years

[目的]了解我国护理核心期刊文献的研究现状、潜在热点和发展趋势,为护理相关科研人员的选题和护理研究提供参考。[方法]以2014年—2018年护理核心期刊中发表的18 955篇护理研究相关的文献为研究对象,采用统计分析和共词聚类分析法,分析我国护理核心期刊的研究主题、热点和趋势。[结果]通过聚类分析获得近5年护理领域的7个研究热点,心理干预、护理教育、生活质量、护理管理和临床护理工作是主要的研究内容,测评量表和质性研究是主要应用的护理辅助性工具。[结论]我国护理领域研究主题渐趋成熟,切实包含护理工作的各个方面。主题演化分析得出,应加强对心理干预和护理教育的重视;乳腺癌和母乳喂养是当前热点和今后可能的发展趋势;文献计量学、Meta分析和质性研究等方法在护理领域的应用越来越受到研究者的关注。

Objective:To understand the research status quo,potential hotspots,and development trends of nursing core journals in China,and to provide references on the theme selection and nursing research for nursing-related researchers.Methods:A total of 18 955 pieces of nursing research?related literatures which were published in the nursing core journals from 2014 to 2018 were enrolled as the research objects.Statistical analysis and co-word cluster analysis were used to analyze the research themes,hotspots,and trends of nursing core journals in China.Results:A total of 7 research hotspots in the field of nursing in the past five years were obtained through cluster analysis.Psychological intervention,nursing education,quality of life,nursing management,and clinical nursing work were the main research contents.The evaluation scale and qualitative research were the main applied nursing auxiliary tools.Conclusions:The research theme in the field of nursing in China have gradually matured,and that actually have covered all aspects of nursing work.The theme evolution analysis showed that the emphasis on psychological intervention and nursing education should be strengthened;breast cancer and breastfeeding are the current hot spots and possible development trends in the future.The application of bibliometrics,metaanalysis,and qualitative research in nursing field have obtained more and more attention of researchers.
