Functional behavior assessment and study progress on intervention of challenging behavior in dementia patients

功能性行评估在国外被广泛应用于治疗痴呆病人挑战性行为,而国内近几年对挑战性行为的关注与治疗主要集中于非药物管理,鲜有功能性行为评估及干预的相关研究。对痴呆病人挑战性行为的功能性行为评估与干预进展进行综述,为国内临床医护人员提供参考。

Functional behavioral assessment had been widely used in the treatment of challenging behaviors in patients with dementia in foreign countries.In recent years,the focus and treatment of challenging behaviors in China have mainly focused on non-drug management,with few functional behavioral assessments and interventions.Therefore,this article reviewed the functional behavior assessment and intervention progress of challenging behaviors in dementia patients,in order to provide the reference for domestic clinical medical staff.
