摘要
为研究聚丙烯酸钠—花青素复合阻化剂对煤自燃的阻化效果,选用褐煤和气煤制备阻化煤样进行对比实验。通过傅里叶红外光谱系统对比褐煤和气煤的原煤煤样与阻化后煤样的活性基团变化规律,开展指标气体测试,验证复合阻化剂对煤自燃的阻化效果。结果表明:聚丙烯酸钠—花青素复合阻化剂对褐煤及气煤自燃过程均起到持续抑制作用,在煤自燃的链式循环反应中,阻化剂阻断了煤氧化学吸附过程中过氧化自由基向碳氧双键中间产物的转化反应,使不稳定的过氧化自由基转化为氢过氧化物并进一步分解生成醇和水,使循环反应终止。聚丙烯酸钠—花青素复合阻化剂有效降低了煤的自热氧化能力,在煤自燃氧化的过渡阶段有显著抑制效果。
In order to study the effect of sodium polyacrylate-anthocyanin compound inhibitor on coal spontaneous combustion,lignite and gas coal were used to prepare resistive coal samples for comparison.Firstly,the Fourier infrared spectroscopy system was used to compare the changes of active groups of lignite and gas coal after resisting.Secondly,the indicator gas test was carried out to verify the effect of the compound inhibitor on the coal spontaneous combustion.The results show that the sodium polyacrylate-anthocyanin compound inhibitor can continuously inhibit the spontaneous combustion process of lignite and gas coal.In the chain cycle reaction of coal spontaneous combustion,the inhibitor blocks the conversion reaction of peroxide radicals to carbon and oxygen double bond intermediates in the oxidation adsorption process of coal.The unstable peroxidation radicals are converted into hydrogen peroxides and further decompose into alcohols and water,the cycle is terminated.The sodium polyacrylate-anthocyanin compound inhibitor can effectively reduce the autothermal oxidation ability of coal,and has a significant inhibitory effect in the transition stage of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation.
