局部水淬耐磨钢犁铧研究与应用 被引量:2

Research and Application of Local Water Quenched Wear-Resistant Steel Plough

摘要 针对高锰钢犁铧耐磨性较差,为了提高犁铧的韧性及耐磨性,降低犁铧的断裂与磨损,在改变碳元素的基础上研究淬火方式对耐磨钢的组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳含量升高,局部水淬/空淬钢的硬度逐渐升高,而冲击韧性逐渐降低。碳含量为0.344%,热处理工艺为“940℃淬火×1.5 h+局部水冷/空冷+200℃×3 h回火”试验钢的综合力性能最好,水淬部分硬度为49HRC,冲击韧性ak值为145 J/cm^ 2;空淬部分硬度为30HRC,冲击韧性ak值为260 J/cm^ 2。经过装机应用试验,局部水淬/空淬钢材质犁铧的使用寿命是高锰钢材质犁铧的2~3倍。 In view of the poor wear resistance of high manganese steel ploughshare,in order to improve the toughness and wear resistance of ploughshare and reduce the fracture and wear of ploughshare,the influence of quenching method on the microstructure and properties of wear-resistant steel was studied on the basis of changing carbon elements.The results show that with the increase of carbon content,the hardness of local water quenching/air quenching steel increases gradually,and the impact toughness decreases gradually.The carbon content is 0.344%,and the heat treatment process is“940℃quenching×1.5 h+local water cooling/air cooling+200℃×3 h tempering”.The test steel has the best comprehensive performance.The hardness of the water quenching part is 49HRC,and the impact toughness ak value is 145 J/cm^ 2;the hardness of the air quenching part is 30HRC,and the impact toughness ak value is 260 J/cm ^2.After the installation application test,the service life of the local water quenching/air quenching steel material plough is 2~3 times as long as that of the high manganese steel material ploughshare.
