基于TMD加载的振动台子结构试验技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 为克服常规振动台子结构试验需要设置大行程作动器和附加反力墙,实施难度大,控制比较复杂的困难,本文以调谐质量阻尼器(Tuned Mass Damper,TMD)作为振动台子结构试验的一种简化加载装置,给出了TMD装置动力参数的设计方法,通过数值模拟和振动台试验检验了基于TMD加载的振动台子结构试验的控制效果。研究表明,合理设计TMD装置的控制参数可以在一定程度上满足振动台试验的控制精度要求,TMD加载方法适用于特定结构形式的振动台子结构试验。 As a technological development to improve the loading capacity of exciting shaking tables,conventional shaking table substructure test was difficult to implement and complicated to control when loading by large-stroke actuator installed on additional reaction wall.To deal with these difficulties,a simplified shaking table substructure test method loading by TMD(Tuned Mass Damper)device was studied in this paper.The design method of the dynamic parameters of the TMD device was given and the control effect of TMD loading system was verified by numerical simulation and real shaking table tests.It was shown that by reasonable design of the control parameters of the TMD device,a satisfying test results meets certain accuracy requirements could be obtained which also means that the TMD loading technology is suitable for used in certain substructure shaking table tests.
