辨证论治作为适应于一定时代背景下的产物,时至今日,已经出现了负面的现象与临床困惑。文章结合教学与临床所见、所思,对辨证论治在辨证出发点、思维方法、诊疗模式等方面存在的问题进行了思考与剖析,希冀通过这些探索,能引起中医者正视与冷静深入的思考,推动中医的发展,适应当今复兴中国传统文化的时代要求。

As a product adapted to a certain era background,syndrome differentiation and treatment has appeared negative phenomena and clinical confusion.Combining with the teaching and clinical experience and thinking,this paper considers and analyses the problems existing in the starting point,thinking method and diagnosis and treatment mode of syndrome differentiation and treatment.It is hoped that through these explorations,TCM practitioners can face up to and think calmly and deeply,promote the development of TCM,and adapt to the requirements of the times of reviving traditional Chinese culture.
