中医学的疾病观——不和

Disharmony of disease perspective in traditional Chinese medicine

多样化的异质事物在遵循一定规律或规则下相互碰撞与融合达到具有生的功能的元整体状态与过程称之为“和”。人与外在自然、社会环境的和谐,形神的和谐,脏腑经络气血津液的和谐是人体“和”的健康观的3个层面,其“不和”意味着个体不健康,即疾病的产生,故称中医学的疾病观为“不和”。文章通过违逆自然的时间规律、异常气候的侵袭、自然与生态环境的恶化来阐述人与自然的不和;通过对“名”的不尊重与欲望过剩来说明人与社会的不和;从形损及神与神损及形两个方面阐述形神不和;从脏腑不和、经络不和、气血津液不和来说明脏腑经络气血津液的不和。

The harmony between human beings and external natural and social environment,the harmony of body and spirit,the harmony of viscera,meridians,qi-blood-body fluid are the three levels of the human body’s‘health’.The‘inharmony’means that the individual is unhealthy,that is,the disease is produced.Therefore,the concept of disease in TCM is called‘inharmony’.This paper expounds the inharmony between human and nature through the violation of natural time law,the invasion of abnormal climate,the evil of natural and ecological environment;the inharmony between human and society through the disrespect of‘name’and excessive desire;the inharmony between body and spirit through body damage and spirit,spirit damage and body;the inharmony of the viscera,the meridians and the qi-blood-body fluid through the viscera inharmony,the meridians inharmony and the qi-blood-body fluid inharmony.
