《傅青主女科》治疗不孕症的中医体质思想探析

《傅青主女科·种子》提出身瘦不孕、胸满不思食不孕、下部冰冷不孕、胸满少食不孕、少妇急迫不孕、嫉妒不孕、肥胖不孕、骨蒸夜热不孕、腰酸腹胀不孕、便涩腹胀足浮肿不孕等。其多涉及到平素体质因素,文章从王琦教授创立的9种体质角度对"十不孕"进行了分析、归纳和解读,阐述了《傅青主女科·种子》篇中蕴含的体质学思想和"十不孕"的相关体质类型,可为不孕症诊疗从体质学方面提供借鉴。

The causes of infertility recorded in detail in FU Qing-zhu Nvke often involve constitution factors, such as thin and weak, anorexia due to distention and fullness, cold lower part of the body, poor appetite due to distention and fullness,anxiety in female, jealousy, obesity, bone steaming and deficient heat in night, soreness of loins and abdominal distension,difficulty in micturition, abdominal distension and food edema. It involves the physical constitution factor and the ’10 categories of infertility’ had been analyzed and elucidated from the view of nine constitutions founded by professor WANG Qi. The TCM constitution thought and body constitution types about ’10 categories of infertility’ in FU Qing-zhu Nvke. That will provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility from the view of constitution science.
