风药治疗肾性水肿探析

Discussion on wind medicine in treating of renal edema

中药之风药具有独特功效,随着后世医家认识的不断深入,风药的内涵与外延不断扩大,临床应用风药辨证论治肾性水肿可取得良好疗效。文章主要从文献记载及后世医家临床经验两方面,对肾性水肿与风邪的关系、风药的内涵及作用等方面的内容进行梳理,论述风药治疗肾性水肿的相关机理,并针对肾性水肿的病因病机,从宣肺疏风、祛风胜湿、祛风活血、搜风通络、升阳益肾、引经报使等方面讨论风药在肾性水肿治疗中的作用,以期能为肾性水肿的临床治疗提供可行的思路和方法。

The wind medicine of Chinese herbal medicine has unique efficacy, with the deepening of the understanding of later generations of physicians, the connotation and extension of wind medicine have been expanded, the treatment of renal edema with wind medicine has a good clinical effect. This article mainly combed the relationship between renal edema and wind pathogen, the connotation and function of wind medicine from two aspects of the literature record and clinical experience of later generations, to discuss the related mechanism of the treatment of renal edema with wind medicine. In view the pathological factors of renal edema, effect of the wind medicine in the treatment of renal edema will be discussed as follows that wind medicine can dispersing lung and dispelling wind pathogens, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, dispelling wind and activating blood circulation, searching wind pathogens to dredge collaterals, invigorating kidney yang for removing dampness, guide herbs in meridians, in order to provide feasible ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of renal edema.
