Experience of TCM master XUAN Guo-wei in treating cutaneous vasculitis by using Simiao Yong’an Decoction

介绍国医大师禤国维应用四妙勇安汤加减治疗皮肤血管炎的经验。禤教授认为本病致病关键在于湿、热、瘀、毒,因湿邪蕴结肌肤,郁而化热,热盛肉腐,气血凝滞,血络损伤所致;强调瘀血阻络,血络损伤是本病发生的根本原因,治疗重视活血、化瘀、通络。四妙勇安汤是清热解毒,活血养血,通络止痛的良方,对于热毒内盛、气血凝滞、阴血亏损者常用此方加减治疗有独特疗效;还针对岭南地区湿热致病特点,善用滋阴除湿法。

The article introduced experienced of TCM master XUAN Guo-wei in treating cutaneous vasculitis by using Simiao Yong’an Decoction.Professor XUAN considered that the key of this disease lies in dampness,heat,stasis and toxin.It was because of the stagnation of dampness toxin in muscular,transforming into heat due to the depression,excessive heat lead to curdy flesh,stagnating qi and blood,finally causing impairment of blood collaterals.He emphasized that the root cause of the occurrence of this disease was the stagnation of collaterals blocked by blood stasis and impairment of blood collaterals,and attached importance to the therapeutics of activating blood resolving stasis and unblocking collaterals.Simiao Yong’an Decoction is a great prescription with the function of clearing heat and removing toxin activating blood to nourish blood and unblocking collaterals to relieve pain.And it is eutherapeutic used in patients whom were excessive heat toxin,stagnation of qi and blood and deficiency of yin and blood.In addition,professor XUAN was good at using the treatment principle of nourishing yin and eliminating dampness for the characteristic of dampness-heat of Lingnan area.
