石氏伤科治疗激素性股骨头坏死经验初探

Experience with differentiation and treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis in SHIs’ traumatology

沪上石氏伤科历经百余年探索创新在治疗激素性股骨头坏死方面积累了丰富经验。文章初步阐述石氏伤科对激素性股骨头坏死为"肺热叶焦"致痿、"血瘀不行"致痹的病机认知,并采用"精细辨证,标本兼治"、"针药结合,内外同治"、"治股循经,上下同治"、"久痛必瘀,以痛为腧"、"用进废退,配合锻炼"的治疗特色,并详细举隅医案一则,为中医药治疗激素性股骨头坏死起到启发作用。

SHIs’ traumatology has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis after more than 100 years of exploration and innovation in Shanghai. This paper preliminarily expounds the cognition of steroid-induced femur head necrosis caused by ’lung hot’ leading to atrophy and ’blood stasialsos’ leading to pain. SHIs’ traumatology also takes the steps of ’distinguishing carefully, treating both symptoms and root causes’, ’combining acupuncture and medicine, treating both internal and external causes’, ’along the head of femur, treating both upward side and downward side’,’long pain leads to blood stasis, bleeding at pain points’, ’using and retreating, cooperating with exercise’ to treat steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. There’s a clinical medical record, which can be inspired by traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
