针眼是临床常见的眼部疾病,其病因病机多由外感六淫,脏腑功能失调所致,发时眼睑硬结,红肿赤痛,既影响外貌美观又影响视物,且病多反复。笔者科室基于“目赖五脏精气所养,热为其发病之因”的理论,从脏腑经络理论进行辨证论治,或祛风清热,消肿散结;或清热解毒,通腑泻火,消肿溃坚;或清心利水;或清泻肝胆实火,和解少阳,内泻热结;或清胃凉血,理气健脾;或健脾益气,扶正祛邪。

Needle eye is a common clinical eye disease.Its pathogenesis is caused by external sensation and visceral dysfunction.Its symptoms are eyelid induration,redness and pain,which affects the appearance and affects the visual appearance,and the disease is repeated.We rooted in the theory of‘eye nutrition comes from the five internal organs,heat is the cause of the disease’,from the theory of viscera and meridians to syndrome differentiation and treatment.The treatment is dispelling wind and heat,reducing swelling and removing stasis;or clearing away heat and detoxification,purgation and clearing heart fire,eliminating swollen and hard;or clearing heart and water;or clearing liver and gallbladder fire, and relieving Shaoyang, diarrhea hot knot;or clearing stomach and cooling blood, reinforcing spleen and regulating the flow of qi;or strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.
