小柴胡汤证结合查咽的扩展应用探析

Analysis on the extended application of Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with pharyngeal examination

文章从咽喉与脏腑经络的联系、主要病位与附属病位的角度探讨了查咽对小柴胡汤证精准辨证的必要性和重要性。小柴胡汤是少阳证的主方,在临床应用中,寒热虚实错综复杂,辨证可不拘泥于“但见一证”,感受外邪、数日不愈的患者,查咽色红,脉象多为沉弦,此时可考虑使用小柴胡汤加减应用。查咽作为中医临床诊疗的一种辅助手段,更直观的提高了小柴胡汤应用的清晰度及临床疗效。

This paper discusses the necessity and importance of pharyngeal examination for accurate differentiation of Xiaochaihu Decoction syndrome from the perspective of the connection between throat and internal organs,the main disease location and the subsidiary disease location.Xiaochaihu Decoction is the main prescription of Shaoyang syndrome.The author believes that in clinical application,the cold,heat,deficiency and excess are complicated,and syndrome differentiation is not limited to‘one syndrome’.For patients who feel exogenous infection and do not recover for several days,the color of pharynx is red,and the pulse condition is mostly sunken.At this time,the use of Xiaochaihu Decoction shall be considered.Pharyngeal examination,as an auxiliary means of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,improves intelligibility and clinical effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction application more directly.
