证候要素评价量表设计初探

文章从中医学方法论视角,探讨了证候要素评价量表设计的要点和过程。量表设计的主要内容。包括:研究课题与评价观察任务的理论分析,综合证候要素辩证地分析,抽象具体地推论;评价观察对象与评价观察指标项的选定,及评价观察指标项的选定基本要求,即评价指标项的关联性、灵敏性、稳定性、特异性;评价观察方案的拟定,如评价观察条件、方式、次数等;评价观察证候要素量表的选用与研制,要注意评价观察结果的准确度和精密度,以及它们之间的辩证关系。阐明量表评价要做好的必要准备。

From the perspective of methodology in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the key points and process of designing the scale for evaluating syndrome elements.The main contents of the scale design includs the following aspects,theoretical analysis of research topics and evaluation observation tasks,the selection of basic requirements for the evaluation of indicators means evaluate the relevance,sensitivity,stability,and specificity of indicator items,evaluate the development of observation programs,such as evaluating observation conditions,methods,times,etc..In the selection and development of the scale for evaluating observation of syndrome elements should be paid attention to the accuracy and precision of the evaluation results,and the dialectical relations among them.Clarify the necessary preparation for scale evaluation.
