摘要
本专家共识发布了不全流产的定义、历史沿革、病因病机、诊断依据、辨证治疗、预防调摄,明确了适合中医药治疗不全流产的情况,给予中医药治疗指导意见。辨证论治以脱花煎为主方,分肾虚型、气血虚弱型、血热型、血瘀型、热毒型5型加减用药,中成药为桂枝茯苓胶囊、生化丸、益母草颗粒,其他疗法为针刺、耳穴贴压法。
This expert consensus has issued the definition,historical evolution,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis basis,syndrome differentiation treatment,prevention and adjustment of incomplete abortion,and clearly defines the situation suitable for the treatment of incomplete abortion with traditional Chinese medicine,and gives guidance on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Syndrome differentiation is based on the decoction of Tuohuajian,divided into kidney deficiency type,qi and blood deficiency type,blood heat type,blood stasis type and heat toxin type.The Chinese patent medicine is Guizhi Fuling Capsule,Shenghua Pill,Motherwort Granule.The other therapies include acupuncture and auricular acupressure.
