失眠症中医不寐五神分型心不藏神型与肝不藏魂型血清5-羟色胺含量特征研究

Study on the characteristics of serum 5-HT contents between the ’heart not hiding spirit’ type and ’liver not hiding soul’ type patients with insomnia

目的:探寻血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)在“中医不寐五神分型法”心不藏神型与肝不藏魂型的特异性,丰富“中医不寐五神分型法”的临床证据。方法:选择符合肝不藏魂型(肝组)病例91例、心不藏神型(心组)病例84例及正常对照组80名,检测各组血清5-HT含量并比较其差异。结果:与正常对照组比较,肝组、心组血清5-HT含量较高(P<0.05);心组较肝组血清5-HT含量低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝不藏魂型与心不藏神型不寐患者血清5-HT含量存在差异,可作为二者的分型依据。

Objective:To explore the specificity of serum 5-HT in the heart not hiding spirit type and live not hiding soul type in the‘Chinese medicine insomnia five-spirit typing method’,and to enrich the clinical evidence of‘Chinese medicine insomnia five-spirit typing method’.Methods:Serum 5-HT levels were measured and compared among 91 cases of liver not hiding soul type(liver group),84 cases of heart not hiding spirit type(heart group)and 80 cases of control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum 5-HT content in the liver group and the heart group was higher(P<0.05).The serum 5-HT content in the heart group was lower than that in the liver group,between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a difference in serum 5-HT content between patients with liver and heart type,which can be used as the basis of their classification.
