摘要
目的:考察桑蚕颗粒对于糖尿病大鼠的初步药效作用及其可能的机制。方法:高糖高脂饮食结合链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,成模大鼠随机分为桑蚕颗粒低、中、高剂量组及二甲双胍组、模型组,另设空白组,每组10只,灌胃给药8周,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、体质量、摄食量、饮水量及尿量,测定其糖耐受量及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醇(MDA)水平。结果:与模型组比较,治疗8周后桑蚕颗粒组体质量显著上升(P<0.01),摄食量、饮水量、尿量、血糖水平显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著改善糖耐量异常(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清TC、TG、LDL-C、GSP、MDA均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清HDL-C、SOD水平则显著上升(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:桑蚕颗粒具有改善糖尿病症状,抑制高血糖、高血脂作用,可增强机体抗氧化能力。
Objective:To investigate the preliminary pharmacodynamic effects of Sangcan Granules on diabetic rats and its possible mechanism.Methods:The diabetic rat model was established by high glucose and high-fat diet plus streptozotocin(STZ)injection.The model rats were randomly divided into the following groups:low dose,middle dose,and high dose of Sangcan Granules group,metformin hydrochloride group,model group,blank group,10 rats in each group and the rats were continuously received the intragastric administration for 8 weeks.The fasting blood glucose(FBG)and body weight,water consumption,the intake dose of food and water,the amount of urine volume of the rats were monitored.The glucose tolerance of the rats was measured and the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,GSP,SOD and MDA were determined to study the hypoglycemic activity of Sangcan Granules.Results:Compared with the model group,body weight in each dose groups of Sangcan Granules were increased significantly(P<0.01).Then,the intake dose of food,water consumption,the amount of urine volume,the average blood glucose level in each dose groups of Sangcan Granules were decreased in varying degrees(P<0.05,P<0.01),and abnormal glucose tolerance was significantly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,GSP and MDA in the serum of diabetic rats were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the serum levels of HDL-C and SOD increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Sangcan Granules can significantly improve the early symptoms of diabetes,effectively inhibit the increase of blood glucose and blood hyperlipidemia,and have a certain antioxidant capacity.
