腧穴太赫兹光谱特征与筋膜经脉气道理论的相关性研究 被引量:7

Study on correlation between terahertz spectral characteristics of acupoints and the airway theory of fascia meridians

摘要 目的:研究右手鱼际、劳宫、少府、后溪、中渚、合谷穴的太赫兹光谱特征,结合各腧穴的解剖定位,探讨腧穴生物物理特性与腧穴所处解剖部位结构的关系。方法:运用太赫兹光谱技术,对50名在校大学生的右手鱼际、劳宫、少府、后溪、中渚、合谷穴分别进行太赫兹波检测。结果:手掌部劳宫穴与少府穴平均辐射谱线高于手背部合谷穴与中渚穴(P<0.01);手背部合谷穴与中渚穴平均辐射谱线高于手掌两侧赤白肉际处鱼际穴与后溪穴(P<0.01)。结论:人体手部各腧穴具有相同的生物物理学基础,但三处部位上生物物理特性有所区别,这可能与每个部位筋膜的分布有关,从一定的角度上为筋膜间隙是经脉气道理论提供了科学依据。 Objective:To study the terahertz spectral characteristics of the right hand Yuji(LU10),Laogong(PC8),Shaofu(HT8),Houxi(SI3),Zhongzhu(SJ3)and Hegu(LI4)acupoints,and to discuss the relationship between the biophysical characteristics of the acupoints and the anatomical structure of the acupoints by combining the anatomical location of the acupoints.Methods:The right hand of 50 college students in Yuji(LU10),Laogong(PC8),Shaofu(HT8),Houxi(SI3),Zhongzhu(SJ3)and Hegu(LI4)acupoints were detected by terahertz spectroscopy.Results:The average radiation spectrum of palm Laogong(PC8)and Shaofu(HT8)acupoints was significantly higher than that of back acupoints(P<0.01).The average radiation spectra of Hegu(LI4)and Zhongzhu(SJ3)acupoints on the back of the hand was higher than those at the red and white flesh Yuji(LU10)and Houxi(SI3)points on both sides of the palm,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:All the acupoints of human hands have the same biophysical basis,but the biophysical characteristics of the three parts are different,which may be related to the distribution of fascia in each part,which provides a scientific basis for the theory that the fascia gap is the channel airway from a certain angle.
