参草手足润肤膏治疗手足综合征随机双盲对照试验临床观察

Clinical randomized double-blind controlled trial of Shencao hand-foot cream in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome

目的:评价参草手足润肤膏治疗抗肿瘤药物引起手足综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择目前患有手足综合征的肿瘤患者按随机双盲原则分为试验组及对照组,各72例,对照组予基质药物外涂,试验组予参草手足润肤膏外涂,治疗2周后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组手足综合征各临床症状评分和总分均呈下降趋势,试验组在手足色素沉着、感觉迟钝、麻木感、针刺感、烧灼感、红斑、肿胀、干燥脱屑、溃疡、疼痛症状和总分改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组的组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参草手足润肤膏治疗抗肿瘤药物引起手足综合征有较好的疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shencao hand-foot cream in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome(HFS)caused by anti-tumor drugs.Methods:Tumor patients with HFS were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the randomized double-blinded principle,72 cases in each group.The control group was applied with matrix drug,while the experimental group was applied to the Shencao hand-foot cream.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The clinical symptom scores and total scores of HFS showed a downward trend.The experimental group was better in feelings of dullness,numbness,tingling,burning,erythema,swelling,dry desquamation,ulcers,pain symptoms and total score improvement than the control group(P<0.05),differences within the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shencao hand-foot cream is effective in treating HFS with anti-tumor drugs.
