高校校园文化是中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分。要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,准确把握新时代高校校园文化建设的根本方向、根本任务、根本目标、根本要求,在“文”因时进上下功夫,凝聚共识,牢牢坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领;在因“人”而异上下功夫,以人为本,突出青年学生主体地位;在因事而“化”上下功夫,丰富载体,推动校园文化传承创新;在因势而“新”上下功夫,善用科技,提高校园网络文化建设管理水平,着力探索推进新时代高校校园文化建设的新途径。

Campus culture is an integral part of the building of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Adhering to Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we should accurately grasp the fundamental direction,task,objectives and requirements of the campus culture construction in the new era.We should keep pace with the times,gather consensus and firmly adhere to socialist core values as the guide;we should vary from person to person,adhere to the people-oriented principle,and highlight the status of young students as the main body;we should treat the specific problems concretely,enrich the carrier and create a strong humanistic atmosphere;we should update and make good use of science and technology,improve the management level of campus network culture construction,and focus on exploring new ways to promote the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities in the new era.
