“一带一路”背景下“枫桥经验”国际化问题探析

Internationalization of “Fengqiao Experience” Under the Belt and Road Initiative

为了适应经济全球化的发展和“一带一路”的合作倡议,从人类命运共同体理念下的公共产品供给、“一带一路”背景下的制度联通和合作共赢观念下的互学互鉴三个方面阐述“枫桥经验”作为中国智慧走出国门的必要性。根据目前国际大格局,以国际公共产品为理论视角,提出“枫桥经验”在正式和非正式国际机制中的可行路线和可能遇到的问题规避。

In order to adapt to the development of economic globalization and the cooperation initiative of“One Belt and One Road”,the present paper expounds the necessity of“Fengqiao Experience”as China’s wisdom to go out of the country from the ensuing three aspects:the supply of public goods under the concept of human destiny community,the institutional linkage under the background of“One Belt and One Road”and the mutual learning and mutual meriting under the concept of“win-win cooperation”.According to the current international pattern and from the theoretical perspective of international public goods,this paper puts forward the feasible route of“Fengqiao Experience”in formal and informal international mechanisms and the avoidance of possible problems.
