摘要
近年来,我国接受高等教育的女性人数大幅增加,但是高校女性学者仍十分稀缺,而且她们的研究成果也并不丰富。德国从20世纪90年代起,就开始关注高等院校中女性学者群体的发展,依托欧盟政策提出了“女教授计划”,形成政府主导、基金会资助、测评机构保障的自上而下的协同模式,并取得了较显著的成果。其中,对于女性学者的倾向性政策、对生育问题的关注以及友好型家庭关系的构建,是资助计划中的亮点。我国要进一步推进高校女性学者群体的发展,无疑可以从德国的经验中获得启示,探索本土实践的未来道路。
In recent years,the number of women who receive higher education in China has increased significantly.However,the current high-level female scholars in colleges and universities are still very scarce andrelevant research results are not rich.Since the 1990s,Germany has been paying attention to the development of female scholars in higher education.It has developed its“Female Professors Program”on the basis of the EU’s policies and formed a top-down synergy model featuring government-dominance,foundation-funded,and the guarantee of assessment institutions.This program has achieved remarkable progress.The propensity policy for female scholars,the concern about fertility issues,and the construction of friendly-family relationship are the highlights of the funding program.Drawing upon inspirations from German experience,China can come up with its own measures and further improve the development of its female scholars.
