摘要 目的探讨PRF膜、氢氧化钙和MTA在年轻恒牙保持牙髓活力、促进牙根继续发育的效果.方法选取150例根尖未发育完成的年轻恒牙,患牙病因为龋源性、外伤性或机械性意外露髓.根据所用盖髓剂的不同,将患者随机分为PRF膜组、氢氧化钙组、MTA组,并进行牙髓切断术治疗.结果分别在术后3个月、6个月、12个月进行随访复查,其中,PRF膜组术后治疗成功率明显高于氢氧化钙组和MTA组(P<0.05).结论PRF膜作为盖髓剂更适合于牙髓切断术的治疗. Objective Based on the theoretical basis of pulpotomy,to compare the effects of PRF film,calcium hydroxide and MTA on maintaining pulp vitality and promoting root development in young permanent teeth.Method 150 young permanent teeth with undeveloped apex were selected,regardless of the etiology of caries,trauma or mechanical accidental pulp exposure.According to the different pulp capping agents,they were randomly divided into PRF membrane group,calcium hydroxide group and MTA group for pulpotomy.Results Follow-up examinations were carried out at 3,6 and 12 months after operation.The success rate of PRF group was significantly higher than that of calcium hydroxide group and MTA group(P<0.05).Conclusion PRF membrane as pulp capping agent is more suitable for pulpotomy than calcium hydroxide and MTA.
