摘要
煤制油分为直接液化以及间接煤制油两种路线,其中,间接液化指以煤为原料,先气化制成合成气,然后通过催化剂作用将合成气转化成烃类燃料、醇类燃料和化学品的过程。间接液化煤制油工厂中尾气富含H2、CO、N2和烃类,需要合理利用提高尾气的利用率。介绍了间接液化煤制油工厂中尾气综合利用技术方案,该技术方案为尾气综合利用指明了方向。
Coal-to-oil process can be divided into direct liquefaction process and indirect coal-to-oil process.Indirect liquefaction process refers to the process of converting syngas from coal into hydrocarbon fuels,alcohols and chemicals through gasification and catalysis.Among them,the exhaust gas of indirect liquefaction coal-to-oil plant is rich in H2,CO,N2 and hydrocarbons,which requires rational utilization to improve the utilization rate of exhaust gas.This paper introduces the technical scheme of comprehensive utilization of exhaust gas in indirect liquefied coal-to-oil plant,which indicates the direction of comprehensive utilization of exhaust gas.
