摘要
侧重于从前工序入手分析立喷前处理发黑原因,并从合金成分、立喷前处理、挤压、热处理、杂质影响、设备操作等环节进行详细阐述,力求追本溯源找出发黑真实原因解决生产实际问题。
This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of blackening before the vertical spray from the previous process,and elaborates on the alloy composition,pre-spray treatment,extrusion,heat treatment,impurity influence,equipment operation,etc.,and strives to trace the source to find out Black real reasons to solve practical problems in production.
