催化裂化再生剂铁含量分析及应对措施

摘要 针对某炼化企业重油催化裂化装置平衡剂铁含量偏高的问题,分析了在重油催化裂化过程中,随着原油重质化与酸质化的不断增加,重金属铁不仅对活性的影响,更会产生重油转化率降低、目的产品收率降低等方面的问题。通过对该催化裂化装置催化剂铁中毒现象进行分析,原料油性质、平衡催化剂等方面进行对比,研究催化裂化平衡剂铁含量高应对策略。 In view of the high iron content of the balance agent in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of a refinery enterprise,the influence of heavy metal iron on the activity of heavy metal is analyzed in the process of heavy oil catalytic cracking with the increasing weight and acidification of crude oil.It will also cause problems such as lower conversion rate of heavy oil and lower yield of target product.By analyzing the iron poisoning phenomenon of the catalyst in the catalytic cracking unit,comparing the properties of the feedstock oil and the equilibrium catalyst,the iron content of the catalytic cracking balance agent is studied.High coping strategies.
