摘要
该项目属于旅游公路范畴,位于泰山景区内,属于盘山公路,具有海拔高、纵坡大、转弯半径小,昼夜温差大、常年气温低等特点。面层采用SMA-10路面结构,首先确定未添加抗凝冰材料的最佳级配及沥青用量,其次采用抗凝冰材料等效替代5%的矿粉用量,并进行路用性能试验,试验结果均能满足要求。进行实体路面铺筑,对施工工艺进行补充完善,整体路面检测指标优良,满足规范要求。
This project belongs to the category of tourism road,which is located in mount tai scenic area and belongs to the winding mountain road.It has the characteristics of high altitude,large longitudinal slope,small turning radius,large temperature difference between day and night and low temperature all year round.The surface layer adopts sma-10 pavement structure.Firstly,the optimal gradation and asphalt amount without adding anticoagulant ice material are determined.Secondly,the equivalent replacement of 5%of mineral powder amount with anticoagulant ice material is adopted.The solid pavement is paved,and the construction process is supplemented and improved.The overall pavement detection index is excellent,meeting the requirements of the specification.
