在我国管道事业高速发展的背景下,老旧管道开始被新建管道替代。当前,我国内部管线废置采用的常见方法是首先清扫管线,然后封存氮气,最后原地废置。利用东北管网很多老旧原油管道氮气清扫的归纳总结,正确选择氮气清扫管线的清扫方法,深入研究探讨压力波动以及气阻问题,提出复杂情况原油管道氮气清扫的有效措施。

under the background of the rapid development of pipeline industry in our country,the old pipeline began to be replaced by the new pipeline.At present,the common method of pipeline waste in our country is to clean the pipeline first,then seal nitrogen,and finally waste it in situ.Based on the summary of nitrogen cleaning of many old crude oil pipelines in Northeast China,the cleaning method of nitrogen cleaning pipeline is selected correctly,the pressure fluctuation and gas resistance are deeply studied and discussed,and the effective measures of nitrogen cleaning in complex crude oil pipeline are put forward.
