职业院校服务经济社会发展长效机制研究

Research on Long-term Mechanism of Vocational Colleges Serving the Economic and Social Development

职教是国家素质教育的重要组成部分,职业教育人才是促进国家经济社会发展的重要的驱动性力量。发展职教,必须要以新常态下经济、社会进步作为导向,逐步建立起职业院校服务经济社会发展的长效机制。文中首先对当前职教现状、服务经济社会发展要求等进行了概述,然后重点从完善适合经济社会发展需求的“校企合作”长效机制、完善市场导向的职业教育“利益驱动机制”、全面推进深化职业教育机制改革等方面提出了构建职业院校服务经济社会发展长效机制的具体策略。

Vocational education is an important integral part of national quality-oriented education,and vocational education talents are an important driving force to promote the national economic and social development.To develop the vocational education,it is required to follow the orientation of economic and social progress under the new normal,and gradually establish the long-term mechanism of vocational colleges serving the economic and social development.This paper firstly gives an overview on current conditions of vocational education and requirements of serving the economic and social development requirements,and then puts forward the specific strategies to build the long-term mechanism of vocational colleges serving economic and social development mainly from the aspects of perfecting the long-term mechanism of“school-enterprise cooperation”fitting the economic and social development demands,perfecting the“benefit driven mechanism”of market-oriented vocational education,and comprehensively promoting the deepening of vocational education mechanism reform.
