Strategies for Improving the Intercultural Adaptation Ability of Overseas Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章从两个角度对提高留学生跨文化适应能力策略进行了探索,包括建议留学生从自身方面加强跨文化适应,例如出国前做好充分准备、积极学习汉语、努力结交各国朋友等,同时也对本国教师和管理人员对于帮助留学生进行跨文化适应提出了七点切实可行的建议。

This paper explores the strategy to improve the cross-cultural adaptation abilities of overseas students from two perspectives,including:the students are recommended to strengthen the cross-cultural adaptation from their own side,for example,makingsufficient preparations before going abroad,actively learning Chinese,and trying to make the friends from different countries;and seven feasible suggestions are given to the teachers and management personnel for the purpose of helping the students to realize cross-cultural adaptation.
