天津市社区老年教育现状及需求调研报告

Investigation Report on Current Situation and Demands of Community Old-age Education in Tianjin City

从调研背景、调研方法、调研对象等方面对课题组开展的天津市社区老年教育的调研活动做了简介,分析了社区老年教育的现状、制约因素和需求,指出社区老年教育中存在的认识不够、领导管理不统一、各区发展不平衡、供给侧矛盾突出等问题,并分别提出了相关发展建议。

This paper gives a brief introduction to the investigation activity of community old-age education in Tianjin City developed by research group from investigation background,investigation method,and investigation object,analyzes the current situation,constraints and demands of community old-age education,points out the problems existing in community old-age education,including:lack of adequate awareness,non-uniform leadership management,unbalanced regional development,and prominent contradiction at supply side,and presents the related development suggestions respectively.
