服刑人员教育背景、原从事职业、年龄与犯罪类型的相关性研究

Research on correlation of the educational background,former occupation,age with the type of crime of the prisoners

对七个省、自治区、直辖市9283名服刑人员的调查结果进行大数据分析,对其10个犯罪类型(盗窃、抢劫抢夺、诈骗、贩毒、强奸、绑架、杀人、职务犯罪、故意伤害、其它),5个教育背景等项数据进行逐项比较分析,通过建构数学矩阵,运用spss 19.0软件进行统计分析,检验其相关性及差异显著性。结果显示,服刑人员的教育背景、原从事职业、年龄段均与犯罪类型等特征具有相关性。文中还就其他问题进行了研究。

This paper develops data analysis to the investigation results of 9,283 prisoners from 7 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities directly under the central government,and compares and analyzes the data of 10 types of crimes(theft,rob,fraud,drug trafficking,rape,kidnapping,bloodguilt,duty crime,intentional injury,and others)and 5 educational backgrounds one by one,and conducts statistical analysis by building of mathematical matrix and application of spss 19.0 software,to test the correlation and difference significance.The results show that,the prisoners’educational background,former occupation,and age group have relevance with the type of crime.In addition,other problems have been studied in this paper.
