Research on Internal Talent Cultivation Mode of Vocational Colleges under the “Belt and Road Initiative”

随着社会经济的发展和教育改革的不断深入,专业性强、综合素质高的技术人才逐渐成为市场中的需求热点。“一带一路”倡议的提出为这类人才走出国门创造了机遇,同时也对其综合能力提出了更高的要求。作为职业人才培养的摇篮,职业院校应积极回应新时代的要求,适时做出调整。此文较深入分析了当下职业教育面临的挑战,结合“一带一路”倡议的人才需求,探讨“一带一路”背景下,职业院校如何通过转变思路、优化课程以及加强实践,提升人才素质,培养满足市场需求的国际化人才。

With the development of social economy and constant deepening of education reform,the technical talents with strong specialization and high comprehensive quality have gradually become the hot demands in the market.With the proposition of“Belt and Road Initiative”,opportunities have been created for these talents to go out to the world,and also higher requirements have been raised for their comprehensive abilities.Vocational colleges,as a cradle of vocational talents cultivation,should actively respond to the requirements of the new times,and make an adjustment timely.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the present vocational education more deeply,and in combination with the talent demands of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,it discusses how the vocational colleges improve the talent quality by shifting thinking model,optimizing the course and strengthening the practice,so as to cultivate the international talents satisfying the market demands.
