On the development of legal professional ethics in China in the new era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,必然要求建设新时代的法律职业伦理。建设新理论需要新方法,提出构建职业伦理新价值、赋于传统文化新内涵、制订专项伦理新立法、抓住教育考核新途径等适应新时代的法律职业伦理建设的新方法,旨在加强新时代我国法律职业伦理建设,推进依法治国,加快法治建设总目标的实现进程。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,it is inevitable to build a new legal professional ethics.Recognizing the need for new method in theoretical development,this paper proposes new values for professional ethics shaping,empowers traditional culture with new connotations,formulate specialized legislation for ethics,and identifies new approaches like educational tests to adapt to legal professional ethics development in a new era so as to strengthen the legal professional ethics development,promote the rule of law and speed up the process to achieve the overall goal of rule of law.
