英语师范专业创新创业能力培养体系构建与实践探索——以淮南师范学院为例

A probe into the cultivation system and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities for English education major

英语师范专业改革亟需加强学生创新创业能力培养体系建设和实践路径探索。以淮南师范学院英语师范专业综合改革和成效为研究基础,建设“以能力为出发点、以课程为切入点、以平台为支撑点”的创新创业能力培养体系,英语师范专业的教学质量和人才培养质量得到了卓越化和创新化发展。同时,不断摸索“第一课堂”和“第二课堂”的实践路径,改革传统的“重教学,轻实践”“重专业,轻创新”的旧模式,致力于强化英语师范生的创新创业能力培养。

There is an urgent need for probing into the reform of the English education major to strengthen the construction of the cultivation system of students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and the exploration of practice paths.Based on the comprehensive reform and achievements of the English education major in Huainan Normal University,this study has introduced the construction of the cultivation system with"abilities as the start,curricula as the entry,and platforms as the support",which resulted in the excellence and innovation of the teaching quality and talent training of the English education major.Meanwhile,this study also intends to explore the practice paths of the so-called"first class"and the"second class"to reform the traditional mode of"putting teaching above practice"and"putting major above innovation",and in this way English education majors will be able to strengthen their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
