面向智能电网的天地一体化高精度增强网络研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国北斗三代卫星导航系统的建设和应用,高精度定位服务在电力行业应用需求日益增长,其中地基增强系统和星基增强系统发展迅速,利用星基增强系统差分服务作为地基增强系统网络RTK差分服务的补充,能够实现长距离、大范围的载体无缝导航高精度定位服务。文章在星地基增强高精度定位系统架构基础上,致力于构建面向智能电网建设的互通、协同的天地一体化高精度增强服务体系,以满足能源互联网不同场景、不同精度的应用需求。分析了多种应用场景并通过实际场景验算了星地基增强系统高精度精准服务体系的服务可靠性,为互联网能源位置服务和时空智能化提供技术支撑。 With the construction and application of the Beidou three-generation satellite navigation system in China,the application of high-precision positioning services in the power industry keeps growing.The groundbased augmentation system and the satellite-based augmentation system are developing rapidly.The satellitebased augmentation system differential service can be used as the ground-based augmentation system network RTK.The addition of differential services enables long-distance,wide-area carrier seamless navigation and high-precision positioning services.Based on the architecture of high-precision positioning system based on satellite ground,this paper aims to build an interoperable and collaborative high-precision enhanced service system for smart grid construction to meet the needs of different scenarios and different precisions of energy Internet.This paper analyzes a variety of application scenarios and verifies the service reliability of the high-precision and precise service system of the satellite ground-based augmentation system through actual scenarios,and provides technical support for energyInternet location services and space-time intelligentization.
