摘要
为了实现对远程工业设备的监控,同时将时下越来越流行的物联网运营平台引入到工业控制领域,文章研究了工业控制领域常用的通信协议——MODBUS协议,对其通信原理和协议结构进行了介绍,并提出了一种服务器端通信模块的设计方案。该方案采用JAVA技术实现了MODBUS协议在TCP通道的通信方式,能够支持物联网运营平台与多个工业设备之间的数据互通,模块已经正式应用在电力设备温度监测系统中,具有很好的可复用性、可移植性和可扩展性。
In order to adapt to the monitoring of remote industrial equipment,and introduce the increasingly popular Internet of things operation platform into the field of industrial control,this paper studies the common communication protocol in the field of industrial control--Modbus protocol,introduces its communication principle and protocol structure,and gives a design scheme of a serverside communication module,which uses Java technology to realize the communication mode of Modbus protocol in TCP channel and can support the data intercommunication between the Internet of things operation platform and multiple industrial equipment.This module has been formally applied in the temperature monitoring system of power equipment,with good reusability,portability and expansibility.
