基于数据挖掘的古籍中痤疮治疗用药规律研究

Research on the Rules of Drug Usages in Ancient Books for the Treatment of Acne Based on Data Mining

目的检索《中华医典》中痤疮相关文献,分析挖掘中医古籍中痤疮治疗的用药规律。为现代临床用药及中药研发提供参考。方法通过中医传承辅助系统采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等方法。结果对筛选出的133篇文献进行分析发现,使用频次处于前三位的中药分别为白芷、黄连、防风,其次是白附子、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、川芎;性味归经中味辛、苦、甘,入肺胃经者居多;常用药对有黄芩-生地、黄芩-防风、甘草-天花粉等。结论在痤疮的治疗上以清热药和活血化瘀药为主,可为现代临床用药及中药研发提供参考。

Objective To searche the literature related to acne in the Chinese medical book,to analyze and mine the using drugs regularity in the treatment of acne on traditional Chinese medicine books,and to provide reference for modern clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research and development.Methods Auxiliary system of TCM inheritance adopted association rules,entropy clustering of complex systems and other methods.Results The analysis of 133 selected literatures found that the frequency of usage of top three traditional Chinese medicines were radix angelicae,coptis chinensis and Chinese parsnip root,followed by rhizoma typhonii,liquorice,scutellaria baicalensis,apricot and ligusticum wallichii,and the majority of them are acrid in taste,bitter and sweet in the lung and stomach,Common medicines like scutellaria baicalensis-root of rehmannia,scutellaria baicalensis-Chinese parsnip root and licorice-radix trichosanthis,etc.Conclusion The treatment of acne is mainly based on heat-clearing drugs and drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,which could provide reference for modern clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research and development.
