中医药治疗产后缺乳临床体会

Clinical Experience of Chinese Medicine in Treating Postpartum Hypogalactia

产后缺乳是临床常见病。笔者在多年临床工作中,认为产后缺乳的主要病机为乳汁生化不足或乳络不畅,病因为气血虚弱、肝郁气滞或痰浊阻滞,治疗上强调“食疗为主,药物为辅”。中医药治疗产后缺乳疗效显著,提高了母乳喂养的成功率,增加了产妇和婴儿的幸福感。

Postpartum hypogalactia is a common clinical disease.During my clinical work,I consider that The basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of lactopoiesis and the obstruction of breast collaterals,and the important reasons of postpartum hypogalactia are Qixue Xuruo and Ganyu Qizhi and Tanzhuo Zhuzhi.For treatment,I emphasize dietetic therapy,supplemented by drugs,regulates mood.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum hypogalactia is remarkable,which improves the success rate of breastfeeding and increases the well-being of mothers and babies.
