莲花清瘟胶囊为主治疗成人水痘28例

Lianhua Qingwen Capsule in Treating of Adult Varicella for 28 Cases

目的观察莲花清瘟胶囊为主治疗成人水痘的疗效。方法将57例成人水痘患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组28例,给予口服莲花清瘟胶囊(1.4 g,3次/d)联合静点更昔洛韦钠(250 mg,1次/d)、外用喷昔洛韦软膏治疗;对照组29例,单独给予静点更昔洛韦钠、外用喷昔洛韦软膏治疗(剂量、疗程同治疗组)。比较2组患者平均退热时间、结痂时间、总有效率和安全性。结果平均退热时间比较:治疗组与对照组平均退热时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结痂时间比较:治疗组与对照组结痂时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率比较:治疗组与对照组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全性比较:治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莲花清瘟胶囊为主治疗成人水痘疗效好、起效快、不良反应少,适于临床使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen capsule in treating adult varicella.Methods 57 patients with adult varicella were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 28 cases was treatde with Lianhua Qingwen capsule(1.4g oral,tid)combined with ganciclovir sodium(250mg,iv,qd)and penciclovir ointment(external).The control group of 29 cases,was treated with ganciclovir sodium and and penciclovir ointment(The dose,the course of treatment is the same as the treatment group).Results The difference on average antipyretic time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference on scab time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen capsule in treating adult varicella has a good efficacy,quick onset,less adverse reactions,which is effective in treating adult varicella.
