通过对前列腺相关疾病的穴位埋线疗法的探讨与研究,得出穴位埋线技术治疗前列腺疾病是临床治疗上的一个亮点。穴位埋线即是长效针灸,是利用线体对穴位的持续刺激作用治疗疾病的一种临床技术。是利用一次性穴位埋线针将医用外科缝合线埋入穴位,来达到协调脏腑、平衡阴阳的作用。这种技术具有不切口,不打麻药,安全、有效等特点,消除了传统埋线创伤大,易感染,患者痛苦大,不易接受等缺点,而且操作简单,疗效持久,容易在基层医院普及。应用杨才德教授首创的“列五针”埋线治疗前列腺疾病,临床疗效突出。

Prostate related diseases include:acute prostatitis,chronic prostatitis(divided into chronic bacterial prostatitis and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis),benign prostatic hyperplasia,prostate tuberculosis,and prostate cancer.The treatment methods for prostate diseases are varied.With the continuous combination and development of clinical and experimental techniques,the choice of medication or surgery is based on the actual situation.Finally,the purpose is of accurate treatment.At present,acupoint embedding technology for prostate disease treatment is a bright spot in non-surgical therapy.Acupuncture is an extension of acupuncture,that is,long-acting acupuncture,which is a clinical technique that uses the continuous stimulation of acupuncture points to treat diseases.The main method is to use a single use of acupoint embedding needle to bury the medical surgical suture thread into the acupoint to achieve the coordination of the viscera and balance the role of yin and yang.This technology has the characteristics of no incision,no anesthetic,safety,and effectiveness.It eliminates the disadvantages such as large trauma,easy infection,great pain,and difficult to accept.It is also simple to operate,long-lasting,and easy to popularize in basic hospitals.The author uses Professor Yang Caide's first"column five needle"embedding to treat prostate disease,and the clinical effect is outstanding.
