针刺四缝穴联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10) Combined with Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Pediatric Bronchopneumonia

目的探究小儿支气管肺炎采取针刺四缝穴联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取2016年6月—2018年6月收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组行常规抗感染及对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上采取针刺四缝穴联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗,比较2组临床疗效、各临床症状缓解时间与住院时间、不良反应发生率与再患病率。结果观察组各临床症状缓解时间与胃肠道功能恢复时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,再患病率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺四缝穴联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液佐治小儿支气管肺炎可增强治疗效果,加快临床症状缓解,缩短住院时间,降低再患病率,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)combined with Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 120 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to random number table.The control group was treated with routine anti-infection and symptomatic support therapy.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with acupuncture at four suture points combined with Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid.The clinical efficacy and symptoms,the remission time and hospitalization time,the incidence of adverse reactions and the re-morbidity rate of the two groups were compared.Results The remission time of clinical symptoms and recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the re-morbidity rate was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)combined with Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid can enhance the therapeutic effect,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the re-morbidity rate,and have fewer adverse reactions.
