中药配合护理干预在慢性前列腺炎患者中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

目的观察中药配合护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者的应用效果。方法用“随机分配法”将74例慢性前列腺炎患者均分为对照组和观察组2组,其中对照组予以西医治疗和常规护理干预,观察组实施中药配合护理干预,对比2组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的观察指标评分分数。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(97.30%)明显高于对照组(75.68%),治疗后疼痛、排尿症状和生活质量评分分数明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对慢性前列腺炎患者实施中药配合护理可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗有效率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods 74 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by"random allocation method".The control group was treated with western medicine and routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the scores of observation indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate(97.30%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.68%).The scores of pain,urination symptoms and quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing for patients with chronic prostatitis can effectively improve clinical symptoms and treatment efficiency,which is worthy of promotion.
