参苓白术散联合艾灸干预治疗脾虚泄泻患儿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Spleen Deficiency and Diarrhea in Children

目的探讨参苓白术散联合艾灸干预治疗脾虚泄泻患儿的临床疗效。方法88例脾虚泄泻患儿,随机分组法分为对照组、观察组各44例。均给予参苓白术散治疗,对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用艾灸干预。结果观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合艾灸干预有效改善脾虚泄泻患儿的症状,提高了护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with moxibustion on children with spleen deficiency and diarrhea.Methods 88 children with spleen deficiency and diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.Shenling Baizhu powder was given for treatment,the control group received routine nursing,on the basis of the control group,and the observation group received moxibustion intervention.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).All TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with moxibustion intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea and improve nursing satisfaction.
