By researching the characteristics of mixed teaching model,by analysing the teaching present situation of the pathogen biology and immunology in higher vocational colleges,the teaching resource base was improved,pathogen biology and immunology was taugh by mixed teaching model that using app and multiple teaching methods.Then we summarized the advantages and disadvantages.
