自制护肩式被子在ICU气管切开患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of self-made shoulder-protecting quilt in tracheotomy patients in ICU

目的探究自制护肩式被子在ICU气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月在我院ICU住院治疗的气管切开患者83例,依照不同的护理干预方式分为试验组39例、对照组44例。对照组采用常规被子,试验组使用自制护肩式被子,比较2组患者上呼吸道感染、肺部感染的发生率。结果试验组患者上呼吸道感染、肺部感染的发生率为2.6%,对照组为18.2%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为97.4%,对照组护理满意度为84.1%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论自制护肩式被子在ICU气管切开患者中的临床应用效果显著,可以降低患者上呼吸道感染、肺部感染的发生率,适合在临床上推行。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of self-made shoulder-protecting quilt in tracheotomy patients in ICU.Methods 83 tracheotomy patients hospitalized in ICU from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.According to different nursing intervention methods,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.39 patients in experimental group and 44 patients in control group.The control group was treated with conventional quilt,while the experimental group was treated with self-made shoulder-protecting quilt.The incidence of upper sensation and pulmonary infection was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of upper sensation and pulmonary infection was 2.6%in the experimental group and 18.2%in the control group.The incidence of upper sensation and pulmonary infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.4%,and the satisfaction of the nursing group was 84.1%.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conlusion Self-made shoulder-protecting quilt has remarkable clinical application effect in tracheotomy patients in ICU.It can reduce the incidence of upper sensation and pulmonary infection and is suitable for clinical application.
