循证护理预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者静脉炎的效果观察

Observation of evidence-based nursing on prevention of phlebitis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨循证护理预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者静脉炎的效果。方法将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为对照组和试验组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组采用循证护理干预,比较2组静脉炎发生情况及出院时护理满意度。结果试验组发生静脉炎的例数低于对照组(P<0.05),出院时护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够有效降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者静脉炎发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on prevention of phlebitis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing.The incidence of phlebitis and nursing satisfaction at discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The number of phlebitis cases in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
